Do you accept custom orders? TOP Yes we do. We can customize any of our products. How long does it take to make and receive a custom order? TOP
We ask clients to allow up to 6 weeks to complete custom orders. Sometimes it takes less time, but we ask to please allow us up to 6 weeks.
Garter orders take 2-3 weeks to complete. Why do regular orders take so long to receive? TOP Since we carry no stock/inventory on any of our products, we have to make them. Items are made in the order the purchases come in. Your order would be placed on the bottom of the stack, sort of speak. How many colors are available? TOP We carry over 60 colors of satin, several Damask prints, Laces, Silks and polka dot cotton fabrics. Do you offer rush service? TOP We can gladly accept rush orders. Items needed within 3 weeks are considered Rush. Rush fees will apply. Is there a rush order fee? TOP Yes, Rush fees are based on item being purchased and how soon you'll need the items. No, Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
But we will gladly work with you to ensure that you receive items that are worth keeping. I bought the wrong color, can I exchange it? TOP Yes, exchanges are accepted for items bought in the wrong color or size. This only applies to items that are regurlarly listed, NOT for custom orders. Do you ship Internationally? TOP Yes, we ship worldwide, except Mexico and any war-torn country. How much is International shipping? TOP
International shipping charges are not calculated during the checkout process. The fee that is shown is going to be incorrect. If you have already completed checkout, we will email you an invoice for the remainder of the shipping fee, as stated in our "Shipping" section. What forms of payment do you accept? TOP All payments are processed thru Paypal. You can pay with a credit card, e-check or your Paypal balance. May I place my order over the phone? TOP Unfortunately we cannot accept orders over the phone. How do I check the status of my order? TOP Click on Order Tracking on the menu on the left. On the following screen enter the required information. Do you sell Wholesale to other businesses for resale? TOP We DO NOT sell wholesale. We have established a unique and different style for todays' modern Brides and wish to keep the style/designs exclusively to our company. Do you carry stock/inventory of any of your products? TOP
We carry no stock or keep inventory of any of our items. Are items are started at the time of purchase in the order they are received.
We do not mass produce. If I provide the fabric, can you create my items with it? TOP Yes, we can make your accessories with fabric you provide. Fabric has to be a certain type that is easily worked with. Do you offer fabric swatches? TOP Yes, we offer swatches of any of our fabrics to ensure that you select the correct color. Swatches are free. Just contact us with your color choices and a mailing address. What is considered a "set"? TOP
We sell items in 2, 4, 5 and 6 pc sets. We consider a set when item work with each other, such as a guest book and a pen set.
Two piece sets can be:
guest book and pen set
flower girl basket and a ring pillow
a book and a pillow is not considered a set Can pieces in "Sets" be substituted for different pieces? TOP No, pieces in sets can not be substituted. |
