The following are the most common questions that are asked. If you don't find a response, please contact us with any questions or concerns.
Do you accept custom orders? TOP Yes we do. We can customize any of our products. How long does it take to make and receive a custom order? TOP We ask clients to allow up to 4 weeks to complete custom orders. Sometimes it takes less time, but we ask to please allow us up to 4 weeks. How many colors are available? TOP We carry over 60 colors of satin plus Laces, Silks and polka dot fabrics. Do you offer rush service? TOP We can gladly accept rush orders if items are needed within 2 weeks. Is there a rush order fee? TOP Yes, we charge a one-time charge of $20 for rush orders. Do you accept returns? TOP No, Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Do you ship Internationally? TOP Yes, we ship worldwide, except Mexico and any war-torn country. How much is International shipping? TOP
International shipping charges are not calculated during the checkout process. The fee that is shown is going to be incorrect. If you have already completed checkout, we will email you an invoice for the remainder of the shipping fee, as stated in our "Shipping" section. What forms of payment do you accept? TOP All payments are processed thru Paypal. You can pay with a credit card, e-check or your Paypal balance. May I place my order over the phone? TOP Unfortunately we cannot accept orders over the phone. How do I check the status of my order? TOP Click on Order Tracking on the menu on the left. On the following screen enter the required information. |
