We will try our best to make your purchase as easy as possible. If you have made a purchase and have a problem or concern, please email us.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, they are processed through Paypal. We also accept Cashiers checks and money orders. We do not accept personal checks. If you prefer to mail your payment you can do so by mailing it to:

Shipping
Shipping charges are based on actual charges plus the price of the shipping material used in packing your items. We try real hard not to over charge for shipping, we charge what is reasonable. We do combine shipping charges if multiple items are purchased.

Garters, boutonnieres, corsages, and ring pillows ship USPS First Class Mail. 2Pc sets, 4pc sets, cake toppers, card boxes, shell bouquets ship USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is optional for all items. We will not be held responsible if damage occurs during shipping if insurance is not requested. If you would like to request insurance, you must contact us before making your purchase so the shipping fee can be adjusted to include insurance. Larger items are shipped Parcel Post via USPS, because it is alot cheaper than Priority, unless you prefer to have your item shipped Priority, you need to contact us before making the purchase so we may adjust the shipping fee. If for whatever reason USPS in unable to deliver your package and is returned to us, you will have to pay for shipping package back to you. When postage is purchased thru Paypal for your item, you will receive an email from paypal shipping, stating that your package is ready for shipping. International shipping emails will be directly from us. We will ship your package to the address you entered in the "Shipping Address" section during checkout. We will not be held responsible if we ship to the address you gave us during checkout and it turns out to be the incorrect address, please ensure that the address is correct, to avoid any problems or delays in shipping. We ship Worldwide! (except Mexico and any war-torn country) International shipping is going to be higher than what is stated at time of checkout. If you have already completed checkout we will email you an invoice for the rest of the shipping fee.
Refunds and Exchanges

All handcrafted wedding items and special orders are non-refundable. No money will be given back. If for whatever reason you need to exchange an item, the buyer will pay for shipping item back to us and for shipping item back to them.
We inspect and pack our items carefully to avoid any damage during shipping.
As stated above Sales are Final. If you refuse the package and it's send back to us, or if a return is requested and granted*, there will be a 10% restocking fee, a 10% inconvinience fee and seller fees incurred will be deducted from the selling price. All these fees are necessary due to the fact that time and supplies, such as shipping material, invoice paper, postage paper and ink toner is used to prepare your package for shipping. As always shipping fee is non-refundable. For example; selling price is $30.00, you will receive $24.00 less seller incurred fees.
*Returns may be granted under special circumstances if requested within 3 days. After 3 days no return will be granted, even if you meet the special circumstances

Special orders are always welcomed. If you are looking for a special wedding item, just ask and maybe we can help you in creating that item for you.
